A Cookie Cutter Christmas Card from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Good morning crafters and a very happy Friday to you all. What are your crafty plans for the weekend? I have some swaps to make for a Pinkies team get together next weekend. I also have gifts to make for my lovely monthly hostess club ladies.

Are you enjoying the Autumn Winter catalogue so far? I've been getting so many positive messages about the new products. But by far the favourite bundle so far has been the Cookie Cutter stamp set and matching punch. Everyone has fallen for this lovely set.

I am a bit of a sucker for all things gingerbread anyways so this set was always a must have for me. Today's make in inspired by a fellow Pinkie, Karen Spreckley, who shared this card on our team Facebook page. I just fell in love with the colour combo and the little Inuit is just too cute not to feature.

This colour combo is Crumb Cake, Whisper White and Real Red. I used a strip of Candy Cane Lane DSP and then coloured my Inuit with Blender Pens and ink pads. I added a little Blushing Bride for the face and rosy cheeks.

Thank you for popping by today. Please let me know if you have any questions about Stampin' Up! or our products. I would love to help. A Stampin' Colouring Book Gift from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Happy Monday Crafters.

What a weekend it has been.  I hosted the first of my annual Christmas Craft Days on Saturday. What a fantabulous day we all had. My ladies created some lovely projects and I gave them a little sneak peek of my Autumn Winter goodies. I am definitely now in Christmas crafting mode and think I might make a start on my Christmas card stash imminently.

I have a different little project to share with you today. This was the gift for my Hostess Club ladies with their July orders. If you'd like to find out more about my virtual clubs you can click the tab above. But in essence I run a monthly club where each member places a monthly order (£15 minimum) and one month you receive the hostess freebies and each month with your order is a handmade gift from me (as well as a gift for joining too). You also receive a copy of each catalogue launched during your time in the club. I welcome new members at any time for a duration of 10 months. You are more than welcome to join from anywhere in the UK. You don't have to be local to the Isle of Wight. I post lovely crafty packages all over the UK on a monthly basis.

With the current trend for adult colouring books and mindfulness I thought I would have a go at creating my own Stampin' Up! mini book for my lovely club members which I packaged with a little pack of colouring pencils.

Creating my colouring ages allowed me to go through my stamp shelves and pick out all the sets with black and white outlines. I inked up some images I haven't used in ages. It was fun to just go through and just stamp without worrying about lining up and stamping in exact positions.

I think these little colouring sets would make lovely little gifts or could be adapted in to a colour your own birthday or Christmas card set.

Thank you for popping by today. Please let me know if you have any questions about Stampin' Up! or our products. I would love to help. All items can be purchased online via my shop or get in touch directly and I can order them for you to be delivered direct to your door. A Sunshine Wishes Bouquet Birthday from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Happy Monday Crafters.

Hope you had a lovely crafty weekend. I've had a little sneak peek of the new Autumn Winter catalogue which has kept me entertained with many cups of tea over the weekend. So many lovely seasonal products coming up. I cannot wait to get my hands on them and start creating. If only I could shoehorn some extra hours in to the day.

I have a birthday card to share this morning. I created this for a lovely crafty friend of mine. She celebrated her birthday last week and I wanted to stamp her something special to celebrate.

I created layers of flowers with the Jar of Love stamp set. I used the two step stamping technique to add detail and depth to each flower and then hand cut them to add to my Sunshine Wishes heart die cut. I added sequins from the Brights Sequin collection for added sparkle. The sentiment is from the Tin of Cards stamp set.

A Honey Bee Spinner Card from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Happy Wednesday Crafters.

Have you had a go with the new Sliding Card Framelit Dies yet? I absolutely love how easy these dies make spinner cards. If you love interactive special projects cards as much as I do then you'll love these dies. I was convinced this card would be super complicated to construct. But aside from the dies all I had to add was two pennies and some dimensionals to put together the spinning element.

I used Night of Navy and Daffodil Delight cardstock with the Irresistibly Floral Designer Series Paper.. Once I cut all the elements I needed using the Framelits I then stamped my bee and bee hive and added the sentiment and details to my card front. To create the spinner element you simply need to sandwish a dimensional between two washers or pennies and then add your image over the top. This spinner then sits between the layers of your card and is free to spin around your main central image.

The framelit set also contains a longer spinner track so you can make a second spinning style card. I've yet to experiment with the second shape but can feel some fab Christmas cards coming on with it.

Thank you for popping by today. Please let me know if you have any questions about Stampin' Up!, or any of our products. I would love to help. A Pot of Flowering Fields Card from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Good morning crafty friends and a very Happy Leap Year Monday to you all. How was your weekend? Mine was super busy with my February Card Class and I got the baking bug. I spent yesterday making and baking all day and have a stock pile of Slimming World friendly snacks and cakes to prove it!

I have a card from my monthly card class to share with you this morning. I had seen this card over on my Demo friend Rose's blog and absolutely loved it so decided to give it a go myself. I loved the simplicity of the card.

I used an Old Olive card base which I mirrored in my colouring (I used my Old Olive Stampin' Write Marker for the leaves). I used my Curvy Corner Trio Punch for the fancy corners on my Whisper White layer.

I hand drew a template for the flower pot which I then used to trace enough pots for all my card class ladies. We cut the pot from Pumpkin Pie cardstock and sponge daubered with Cajun Craze to give the added dimension.

When it came to stamping the Flowering Fields flowers I marked the edges of my flower pot with pencil to give me a guide to position my flowers. I stamped my flowers in Memento Black ink and coloured with my Brights Stampin' Write Markers.

The sentiment is taken from Cottage Greetings and is stamped in Tempting Turquoise and Pacific Point (I used my markers to colour the stamp directly).

Flowering Fields is one of the exclusive stamp sets only available through March 31st as part of Stampin' Up!'s Sale-A-Bration promotion. You can receive this stamp set for free with a purchase of £45+. I love crafty freebies with my purchases. Sale-A-Bration really is the best time of the crafting year.

Thank you for popping by today. Please let me know if you have any questions about Stampin' Up!, Sale-A-Bration or any of our new products. I would love to help. A Cozy Christmas Hot Chocolate Gift Jar from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Good morning crafty friends. Happy rainy Friday. I am sat contemplating a very wet walk to pre-school this morning. I am delaying the inevitable by talking to you instead.

I have a project to share from my Cozy Christmas product class earlier in the month. All my projects showcased different elements of the stamp set. I found these lovely little jars in my local discount store and thought they would be perfect for filling with hot chocolate, treats and marshmallows and decorating as a simple little Christmas gift for a friend or neighbour.

I started by creating the jar's belly band with strips of Night of Navy, Pool Party and Home for Christmas Designer Series Paper. I then punched two Decorative Labels and stamped the Cozy Christmas cottage on the Pool Party label. I used this label to cover the join in my DSP.

I added a little Dazzling Details sparkle to my label for extra sparkle.

I stamped a To and From tag with the cuppa from the Project Life Hello December Christmas stamp set and my Note Tag Punch. I tied this with Bakers Twine and attached to my jar to finish the project.

A Cozy Christmas Cottage Card from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Good morning crafty friends. Did you have a good weekend? I hosted my Cozy Christmas Class on Saturday. It was a rainy and miserable day so an afternoon with good company, crafting and a cuppa (and a few choccie biscuits too) was a perfect way to spend a Saturday.

This is one of the cards we made inspired by this card by a fab Dutch Demo Yvonne. I loved the idea of a window through to the inside of the card giving a bit of dimension to the card. I combined Cozy Christmas with Reason for the Season keeping the rest of the card simple and embellishment free.

I stamped the inside of the card with Memento Black ink and added snow with Encore Silver and coloured a little extra detail with my Crumb Cake Stampin' Write Marker.

To colour the poinsettia I used a Blender Pen and my Cherry Cobbler and Garden Green ink pads.

A Berry Merry Emboss Resist Christmas Card from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Good morning crafters. Hope your weekend was full of craftiness and creative mojo. I have an emboss resist card to share with you this morning. I was browsing Pinterest last week and came across an emboss resist card using green/blue/turquoise colouring. I just fell in love with the colour combo.

So I decided to have a go at my own take on the emboss resist technique. I combined the poinsettia from the Reason for the Season stamp set with all the component parts of the Berry Merry stamp set to create my own clear embossed frame around the 'Merry Christmas' sentiment.

To create this effect you just need to use your embossing buddy to take out any of the static from your cardstock. Then stamp your images with Versamark and emboss with clear embossing powder. Once heated you can then ink over your images to make the embossing pop from the background colour.

I covered my Whisper White layer with sponged Pear Pizzazz and swirled in Tempting Turquoise. I then sponged Island Indigo around the edges of my design.

To finish I added Pearls in differing sizes and used my Cherry Cobbler Dazzling Details to add an extra dimension of coloured sparkle.
