A masked Beautiful You Birthday Card from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Happy Monday Crafty Friends. How has your weekend been? I've been super busy making samples and prepping for my big Christmas Craft Day in a couple of weeks.  Yesterday I cut 2448 one inch square paper pieces. To see what we will be making with these squares pop back later in the month and I will share all our Christmas in August projects (and I might even have a few sneak peeks of the new Autumn Winter catalogue too!).

Today I have another Beautiful You share. I adore this stamp set and its versatility. This card was inspired by a greetings card I saw on Pinterest. It uses masking (created with a Post-It) to cover the lady and stamp the background sentiment repeatedly down the card with the one contrasting coloured sentiment to highlight the birthday greeting.

The colour scheme for this card is Rose Red and Basic Grey. I don't often think to stamp with a grey ink pad. But i was super happy with this effect.

To finish the card I added Glitter Enamel Dots and Clear Faceted Gems. I could add these to every project I make as I love an extra bit of sparkle.

A Foxy Friends Congratulations Card from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Happy Wednesday Crafters!

What a crazy week it has been at Stampin' Sarah HQ. I've managed to fit in some craftiness and class preparation amid all the family chaos. I've been beavering away at my Christmas Craft Day preparations for August. I cannot wait to get Christmas-y. My craft organising brain is already thinking 5 months ahead and things to make before the big day.

Today I have a card we made at my June card class to share. I fell in love with the Foxy Friends bundle when I saw them in Telford back in May. I've seen so many creations with this stamp and punch bundle from frogs to skunks to tigers. But for my first card with the set I stuck with the lovely little fox.

I combined the fox with the Flourish and Sunshine Wishes Thinlits. I added flowers stamped using the Swirly Bird stamp set layered over the leaves.

This is a really fun stamp set to play with and create little animals with. I love the simplicity of layering with photopolymer stamps.

I have some lovely cards to share with you on Friday. Over the past weekend two of my lovely friends gave birth to daughters. So I had fun creating them new baby cards which are all ready to share later in the week.

Thank you for popping by today. Please let me know if you have any questions about Stampin' Up!, or any of our products. I would love to help. All items can be purchased online via my shop or get in touch directly and I can order them for you to be delivered direct to your door. Playful Pals Frog Card from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Morning lovelies. How has your week been? I have been working on the lovely Enjoy The Little Things Project Kit ready for tomorrow's class. What a delight it has been putting it all together. Pop back on Monday and I will share the finished project with you.

Today I have another of my Telford display projects to share with you. When I started working with our carryover In Colors and I came to creating samples with Cucumber Crush I knew the Playful Pals bundle would be a perfect combination. I created this little frog using all the component parts of the Playful Pals stamp set.

To make my little frog in to a girl I added a Watermelon Wonder bow. I stamped the matching Suite Sayings sentiment in Watermelon Wonder also.

Thank you for popping by today. Please let me know if you have any questions about Stampin' Up!, or any of our products. I would love to help. A Memories in the Making Mini Album from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Happy Friday Crafters.

How has your week been? I've been super busy prepping for my card class tomorrow. I have some lovely makes to share with my ladies. I also had some lovely news yesterday. I entered a card in to a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator competition and I placed as a runner up which means I have been invited to a party at the UK Head Office to celebrate the Cards for Keeps charity campaign. I am so excited to get to have a look around SU HQ here in the UK.

I have a project to share today that I made as one of my display projects for Telford last weekend. I found an old mini album I had made in the early days of my scrapbooking. I realised it would be perfect to redesign and add pics too. I re-covered the front and back covers with In Color 2015-2018 Designer Series Paper in Watermelon Wonder. I used the Memories in the Making Project Life Bundle to decorate each page and to create the front cover (I used mainly the Embellishment Pack).

I went through my HUGE box of pictures ready for scrapbooking and found a set of pictures I took from a camping trip I took with Sam in 2011 before Summer & Sylvie came along. Mum and Dad went on a 6 week road trip so we looked after Kala for the duration. We had a blast camping on the Jurassic Coast for a long weekend and I loved reliving the memories making this little mini album.

The inside of this mini album was created from one sheet of 12"x12" Basic Black cardstock. I did a quick google search to find a video that would show you how to create this and found this  tutorial. I do love an economical project that uses only one complete sheet as the base album.

I added squares of DSP to each page and then cut my photos to fit. On the opposite flipped page I added the small square Project Life cards from the Accessories Pack along with embellishments and journalling.

Thank you for popping by today. Please let me know if you have any questions about Stampin' Up!, or any of our products. I would love to help. A Honeycomb Happiness Easter Treat Tote from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Hello crafters. Welcome to a new crafty week here on the Isle of Wight. So much to share with you and so many makes to post before Sale-A-Bration finishes on the 31st. I have been having fun over the weekend with my lovely card class ladies and creating a few little Easter projects.

The first of this weeks shares is this little Easter Tote Box. I got the idea for the little tote from Angie Juda's website Chic N Scratch. This uses a piece of DSP (I chose Birthday Bouquet DSP) measuring 5-1/2" x 6-7/8". It is super simple and can be embellished for any occasion. I chose to add the little chick from the Sale-A-Bration Honeycomb Happiness stamp set. I stamped with Memento Black ink and coloured with So Saffron and Cajun Craze Stampin' Write Markers.

I mounted the little chick on to coordinating DSP and a scallop circle punched from Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper.

At the class on Saturday we filled our Totes with these little Easter treats ready for the Easter weekend. I have tucked my two samples away to give the girls over Easter.

A Rose Red Flowering Fields Thank You from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Hello crafty friends and welcome to Wednesday here at Stampin' Sarah HQ.

I have a thank you card make to share with you today that I created for a recent party hostess. I loved the simplicity of simply stamping and colouring.

For this card I used a Crumb Cake card base layered with Whisper White. I stamped my Flowering Fields floral outlines with Memento Black ink. I then used my Rose Red and Mint Macaron ink pads with my Blender Pens to colour my flowers. I simply used more ink layered to give the darker areas.

I added a strip of paper from the Love Blossoms 6" x 6" paper stack to cover the bottom of my flower stems. I also added a strip of Metallics Glitter Tape (a FAB Sale-A-Bration product only available with an order over £45 until March 31st). The sentiment is from Endless Thanks. The final detail was the Botanical Garden Jewel.

In other (sort of) crafty news here on the Isle of Wight I have an amazing display of growth from my Mother's Day butterfly blooms basket. I've placed it on my window sill in the kitchen and it has gone completely loopy growing. Cannot wait to see what all the flowers become.

And one more little crafty share. Today is my other half's birthday. My Mum baked the choccie cake layers for the middle and I wanted a little inspiration for the decoration so popped on Pinterest. Here is my take on a KitKat/M&M cake. I dread to think how many Slimming World Syns are in this cake as I used 2 packets of M&Ms, a melted bar of Dairy Milk and 16 x 2 finger Kit Kats for the decoration alone! Wowsers! But the girls enjoyed decorating it and Sam loves his chocolate so I think it is a winner.

A Birthday Blooms Acetate Window Card from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Good morning a very happy Friday.  What a busy morning I've had so far. Running back and forth to preschool and batch cooking several varieties of soup for the week ahead (currently cooking roasted Mediterranean vegetable- thank goodness for my amazing soup making machine!).

Today I have a card to share with you that I absolutely love. I'd seen an acetate window card on Pinterest and absolutely loved the idea. So this is what I came up with using the Birthday Blooms Spring Summer catalogue stamp set.

I used a Very Vanilla card base. I cut the window sheet strip to fit the card base and created the window strip. I stamped the flower image in Memento Black ink inside the card. I then stamped the flower again twice more on a scrap piece of Very Vanilla.

I used my Blender Pens with Rose Red and Mint Macaron ink to colour the flowers. I fussy cut around the flowers and then mounted with Dimensionals. I added the 'thanks' from Cottage greetings in Rose Red with Basic Pearls to embellish.

I am off to catch up with some lovely crafty friends tonight for a Stampin' Up! craft party. I have a lovely project worked out for the ladies which used this same stamp set combined with the fab Wink of Stella glitter brush pens.

Thank you for popping by today. Please let me know if you have any questions about Stampin' Up!, Sale-A-Bration or any of our new products. I would love to help.
