A Berry Merry Colourful Christmas Card from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Good morning crafters.

I have a colourful Christmas card to share this morning using the Berry Merry stamp set.  This is one of my 'fun to stamp' sets with lots of little elements to fill your card or image.

I started with the Whisper White banner cut using my framelits. I stamped the 'joy' with Encore Metallic Gold ink and then added the little details in Crushed Curry, Real Red and Pool Party.

To add a little extra texture and dimension I added a smaller banner cut from Champagne Glimmer Paper. I then layered a length of Real Red Pompom Trim over the top (I used my Stampin' Up! stapler to secure the layers together).  Finally I added the Snowflake Element with a Basic Rhinestone for sparkle.

Thank you for popping by today. Please let me know if you have any questions about Stampin' Up! or our products. I would love to help. All items can be purchased online via my shop or get in touch directly and I can order them for you to be delivered direct to your door. A Berry Merry Emboss Resist Christmas Card from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Good morning crafters. Hope your weekend was full of craftiness and creative mojo. I have an emboss resist card to share with you this morning. I was browsing Pinterest last week and came across an emboss resist card using green/blue/turquoise colouring. I just fell in love with the colour combo.

So I decided to have a go at my own take on the emboss resist technique. I combined the poinsettia from the Reason for the Season stamp set with all the component parts of the Berry Merry stamp set to create my own clear embossed frame around the 'Merry Christmas' sentiment.

To create this effect you just need to use your embossing buddy to take out any of the static from your cardstock. Then stamp your images with Versamark and emboss with clear embossing powder. Once heated you can then ink over your images to make the embossing pop from the background colour.

I covered my Whisper White layer with sponged Pear Pizzazz and swirled in Tempting Turquoise. I then sponged Island Indigo around the edges of my design.

To finish I added Pearls in differing sizes and used my Cherry Cobbler Dazzling Details to add an extra dimension of coloured sparkle.

A Berry Merry Decorative Easel Gift Set from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Happy Friday. How has your week been?

I've been busy creating another of my favourite creations of the moment, a decorated Christmas easel. I have gone a step further with this one and created a matching gift bag too.

I used the Berry Merry stamp set with the Home for Christmas Buttons which match so perfectly.  My colour scheme for this canvas is Cherry Cobbler, Crushed Curry, Garden Green and Old Olive.

I purchased my easel from The Works (they have lots of sizes available). I added Home for Christmas Enamel Dots to the easel to match the canvas.

I once again stamped the Season's Greetings in Cherry Cobbler and evened out the stamping with a Blender Pen. Colouring over the ink gives this washed watercolour effect.  I also created an extra element of dimension by stamping and punching the poinsettia with my Reason for the Season bundle.

And here is my matching gift bag which I stamped with the Reason for the Season poinsettia and sentiment. I purchased the gift bags pre-made from Amazon.

A Berry Merry Light Up Easel from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Thank you for joining us on another Pinkies Blog Hop! We're showcasing lots of gorgeous projects using products from the new Stampin' Up!® Autumn/Winter Seasonal Catalogue. Simply use the buttons at the end of each post to keep hopping!

Hello and welcome to the Isle of Wight for my little contribution to today's Autumn Winter creativity. Thank you for joining me from Janneke's blog.

I was at a loss with where to start to create a project for today's hop. I love so much in this catalogue (my all time favourite catalogue in my 5 years with Stampin' Up!). But I settled on the gorgeous Berry Merry (anyone else think Bake Off when they hear this name?). I love all the little elements in this stamp set for embellishing your beautiful swirly script sentiments.

I wanted to make a piece of home decor to display in my home through December so I came up with this festive easel.

I purchased the little canvas and easel from my local Works. I stamped my elements in Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive, Garden Green, Soft Suede and Crumb Cake. I had a few left over light strings from my big Christmas Craft Days so I used one of these to light up my canvas. I simply poked a small hole through my canvas and then secured my LED lights behind each.

When I stamped my main image on to the canvas the stamping was patterned with the bobbles of the canvas. To get this softer watercolour effect for my completed project I used a blender pen over my ink to blend it seamlessly.

Thank you for joining my today. I hope you've enjoyed the hop so far. To continue please click onwards to Catherine's blog to see what she has been making.

A Berry Merry Christmas from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Good morning crafters. I am super excited that we are only 4 days from the launch of the new Stampin'  Up! Autumn Winter catalogue. So many ideas and lovely stamps and accessories contained within its pages.

I have another little sneak peek for you today. This card was inspired by one I saw on the live stream of the US Stampin' Up! convention. It uses a new stamp set called Berry Merry which contains two larger fancy sentiments and then lots of little elements (fir cones, bows, holly, berries, leaves and flowers) to embellish your design.

It is such a versatile and fun stamp to create with. This is another one of my 'love of stamping' sets. These are stamp sets that I love to make with purely for the enjoyment of stamping and having fun with the process.

,

I matched the Berry Merry stamp set with the matching Boughs and Berries Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (available together as a great value bundle costing £18.50).

To create this card I heat embossed the Joy with gold embossing powder then created elements with Garden Green and Cherry Cobbler inks. I layered Whisper White over Champagne Glimmer Paper and attached to a Cherry Cobbler card base.

Thank you for popping by today. I will be back next week with lots more festive fun to celebrate the launch of the new Autumn. Winter catalogue. Please let me know if you have any questions about Stampin' Up! or our products. I would love to help.
