Bonus Weekly Deals and a Clearance Rack Update from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Good morning and welcome to a fantastic morning of bonus Weekly Deals and product discounts.

This morning Stampin' Up! have announced a limited time expansion of the normal Weekly Deals. So for the month of July you can benefit from extra products at fantastic prices.

Starting with this fantastic selection of products including washi tape, punches, cardstock and ribbons. Click on the picture below for more information on the products. These products are available in limited quantities while supplies last.

New items have been added to the Clearance Rack today too. Some great punches, kits, embellishments and stamp sets to be found at prices up to 60% off their original catalogue price.

And before I leave you to explore all the lovely product offerings this morning, I wanted to share a quick Father's Day card I made for my girls to give Sam. I forgot to share this last week. I used the gorgeous Neutrals Designer Series Paper Pack as a background which I distressed and daubered with Soft Suede. I added the Happy using the Simply Serif mini alphabet which I punched and layered on to Island Indigo stars (punched with the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack). I stamped the 'Daddy' using the Layered Letters alphabet (stamped with Memento Black ink). The last detail I added were the shades of blue Candy Dots.

Thank you for popping by today. Please let me know if you have any questions about Stampin' Up! or our products. I would love to help. All items can be purchased online via my shop or get in touch directly and I can order them for you to be delivered direct to your door. I'd also love to Demo for you and your friends at a crafty party. As the hostess you earn lots of lovely freebies and you all get to make a fun crafty project too (no crafting experience necessary!)

Happy Father's Day

I thought I would share the card I made to celebrate Father's Day today. I'm off to spend the afternoon with my Dad at the Isle of Wight Festival watching The Script and Bon Jovi (hoping the sun makes an appearance at some point, or at least that it stops raining for the headliners!).

The card I made for my Dad uses some special sneak peak papers to be seen in a new catalogue near you very soon (the fab New York inspired Soho Subway Designer Series Papers). The stamp set I used to create the fish is By The Tide and I embellished with the fab This and That Washi Tape, linen thread and a retired button.

Wishing you all a lovely & crafty Sunday and thanks for popping by today. Happy Father's Day to all the Dads out there.

Build a Blossom Fish Tank

I hadn't even thought of creating a fish using the Build a Blossom stamp set until I saw Peg's recent blog post over on Pegcraftalot. What a fantastic idea!!!  So here is my attempt.  I used several of the Blossom stamps to make this combination of little fishes which I then cut out and stuck onto my tempting turquoise base with dimensionals.

This card is my Father's Day card for Dad. I attempted to make it look like a postcard (using non SU stamps from my stash) as he will be away on an exciting road trip through Canada with Mum and my littlest sister on the actual date of Fathers Day (Happy Fathers Day Dad if you are reading this!). I made this well in advance so Mum could tuck it away in her luggage and give it to him today.

I've been looking at a few challenge blogs recently and came across Simply Stampin' yesterday. Their theme for the week is 'You've Got Male' and I thought this card would be perfect. Although not classically masculine in colour or design, it is perfect for any fish loving Dads or partners out there. I chose this design for Fathers Day as my Dad has just built himself a gorgeous little pond in the garden and he loves all things fishy ;0)

For this card I used:

Cardstock: Glossy White, Tempting Turquoise, So Saffron
Stamps: Build a Blossom, Plane and Simple (Greeting) and Just Believe (for the seaweed)
Ink: Peach Parfait, Poppy Parade, Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive, Night of Navy
Other: Dimensionals

Any questions about Stampin' Up! or their products, please get in touch: poulton_sarah@yahoo.co.uk or 01983 609249.

Happy crafting ;0)

Father's Day Card

My Mum and Dad are off on their holidays tomorrow so we are having an early Fathers Day celebration BBQ tonight. Here is the card I put together using some samples of the designer papers that I had. I decorated the envelope to match and paired it with an England Supporter Gingerbread man ;0)

For this card I used: Cheers to You Stamp Set, Nouveau Chic Designer Paper, Chocolate Chip & More Mustard Card Stock, Earth Elements Stampin' Writes, Soft Suede Polka Dotted Ribbon, Scallop Circle Punch, 1- 1/4" circle punch, Just Perfect Alphabet.
