A Happy New Home Card from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

It is the last day of Sale-A-Bration. And what a 3 months it has been. I've loved this years offerings and will miss crafting with the gorgeous papers and stamps. If you've had your eye on any of the exclusive Sale-A-Bration items, today is the last day to take advantage of the freebies with a spend of £45+.

I have a new home card to share today that I made for one of my lovely ladies who recently moved. This uses the gorgeous Happy Home stamps from the Spring Summer catalogue paired with the Hearth and Home Framelits.

I began by cutting my window and then measuring and cutting a piece of Whisper White to fit behind the window. I stamped the tree image from Happy Home on my piece of Whisper White and then coloured with a dauber and Soft Sky/Wild Wasabi inks.

In my stash I found a doily that I cut down to fit over my window to make a fancy blind. I then mounted the window over a background created using the Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper with a strip of Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper.

A Birthday Bouquet Ice Cream Card from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Well we are coming to the end of a lovely 4 day Easter Bank Holiday weekend. We've had the delights of Storm Kate as well as choccie galore here on the IOW. We soldiered on despite the weather and moved our egg hunt (and accompanying BBQ) indoors. The girls loved it all regardless.

And while I am sure you have all indulged in lots of sweet treats over the weekend I have one more sugary themed treat to share today. This ice cream card uses the exclusive Honeycomb Happiness Sale-A-Bration stamp set which is now only available with a £45+ purchase until Thursday. I cannot stress enough that if you really love any of the Sale-A-Bration exclusives this is the last few days to place your orders.

For this card I used Pool Party and Blushing Bride cardstocks mixed with the Birthday Bouquet papers (for the ice cream design) and the Love Blossoms DSP for the paper pieced ice cream stack.

To get the patterned ice cream effect you simply stamp your ice cream image on different patterned papers and fussy cut them out. You can then arrange your ice cream stack as you'd like on your card.

I finished by stamping my sentiment on to a Decorative Label and embellishing with Subtles Candy Dots.

A Floral Masked Wreath Card from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Good morning lovelies and a very happy Good Friday to you all.  I hope you have lots of fun craftiness planned for your day. We are off to the RSPCA Easter Fayre later so the girls can take part in the Easter Egg Hunt. We have had an unusually early start to the day due to raised excitement levels.

I have a stamped floral wreath card to share today. This uses a whole selection of floral stamp sets and a 2" punched post-it note mask.

Once I positioned the punched circle I layered my floral images around the edges using Garden Green, Crushed Curry and Night of Navy.

Once my wreath was stamped I removed the mask to stamp my Watercolor Words sentiment and I then finished with a Botanicals Jewel for a bit of sparkle.

As I was up so early this morning with my over excited girlies I had a bit of time to finish my 6th cross stitch owl. This one was designed in blackwork. I chose to add colour to my design so stitched in lovely Spring colours (which I only just realised match my needle minder Joy).

Wishing you all a lovely Easter weekend. Thank you for popping by today. Please let me know if you have any questions about Stampin' Up!, Sale-A-Bration or any of our new products. Birthday Bouquet Celebration from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Happy Wednesday crafty friends.

The end of Sale-A-Bration is fast approaching. You have until the end of March to place your qualifying orders of £45+ to receive your choice of Sale-A-Bration freebie. This years product selection is my favourite of all the 6 years I have been with Stampin' Up!

And in good news, Stampin' Up! still have a limited quantity of the exclusive Sale-A-Bration products that were initially only available until February 16th, including the exclusive Hello stamp set I used for today's card. So if you missed ordering one of the exclusive earlier freebies you have the opportunity to get your hands on them until March 31st (or until they are all sold out).

For today's card I used Pool Party and Blushing Bride to coordinate with the Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Papers. I started by heat embossing the 'hello' using gold embossing powder. I also stamped a small 1/2" wide piece of Pool Party using my Gold Encore with the 'Birthday Girl'.

Once I placed my sentiment I fussy cut the three flowers from the Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper and raised them with Dimensionals.

The Stampin' Up! DSP is so beautiful that I sometimes like to create a card giving the designs centre stage and being the focus of the card. It also shows how well simple accented stamping works alongside our fantastic paper designs.

A Honeycomb Happiness Easter Treat Tote from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Hello crafters. Welcome to a new crafty week here on the Isle of Wight. So much to share with you and so many makes to post before Sale-A-Bration finishes on the 31st. I have been having fun over the weekend with my lovely card class ladies and creating a few little Easter projects.

The first of this weeks shares is this little Easter Tote Box. I got the idea for the little tote from Angie Juda's website Chic N Scratch. This uses a piece of DSP (I chose Birthday Bouquet DSP) measuring 5-1/2" x 6-7/8". It is super simple and can be embellished for any occasion. I chose to add the little chick from the Sale-A-Bration Honeycomb Happiness stamp set. I stamped with Memento Black ink and coloured with So Saffron and Cajun Craze Stampin' Write Markers.

I mounted the little chick on to coordinating DSP and a scallop circle punched from Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper.

At the class on Saturday we filled our Totes with these little Easter treats ready for the Easter weekend. I have tucked my two samples away to give the girls over Easter.

A Rose Red Flowering Fields Thank You from Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Sarah Poulton

Hello crafty friends and welcome to Wednesday here at Stampin' Sarah HQ.

I have a thank you card make to share with you today that I created for a recent party hostess. I loved the simplicity of simply stamping and colouring.

For this card I used a Crumb Cake card base layered with Whisper White. I stamped my Flowering Fields floral outlines with Memento Black ink. I then used my Rose Red and Mint Macaron ink pads with my Blender Pens to colour my flowers. I simply used more ink layered to give the darker areas.

I added a strip of paper from the Love Blossoms 6" x 6" paper stack to cover the bottom of my flower stems. I also added a strip of Metallics Glitter Tape (a FAB Sale-A-Bration product only available with an order over £45 until March 31st). The sentiment is from Endless Thanks. The final detail was the Botanical Garden Jewel.

In other (sort of) crafty news here on the Isle of Wight I have an amazing display of growth from my Mother's Day butterfly blooms basket. I've placed it on my window sill in the kitchen and it has gone completely loopy growing. Cannot wait to see what all the flowers become.

And one more little crafty share. Today is my other half's birthday. My Mum baked the choccie cake layers for the middle and I wanted a little inspiration for the decoration so popped on Pinterest. Here is my take on a KitKat/M&M cake. I dread to think how many Slimming World Syns are in this cake as I used 2 packets of M&Ms, a melted bar of Dairy Milk and 16 x 2 finger Kit Kats for the decoration alone! Wowsers! But the girls enjoyed decorating it and Sam loves his chocolate so I think it is a winner.
